Aku rasa zaman- zaman kemuncak aku rebel ialah time lepas SPM dengan time lepas habis buat degree. Tu paling rebel lah. Storm is the UTP team, campur ngan budak- budak Quakes sikit sikit. Won by 7 points.

One thing - refferee macam ba**. Sangat ba**, nampak sangat bias. The refereeing is not up to standard la. Isyarat tangan pun tak reti nak buat, 3 seconds pun ntah ke mana hala tak tahu tapi nak jugak tiup. Table official pun sama, orang lain foul , member lain yang dapat. Lost by 7 points.

Venom vs Malaya Titans

The best and disappointed game ever. Best when all the game plays and strategies went well. We lead them in 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter. We feed inside to post players, they feed outside for the shooters, everything went well, and we managed to make the score margin up to 14 points. Their main player @ the point guard were foul out in the last 4th quarter. However, the momentum weren't that smooth until the final buzz. In the last 4 minutes of the 4th quarter, we were leading by 8 points, and we failed to secure the ball as we were too nervous and er cuak sangat time score dekat dekat, time tu la menggelabah, resulting the lose by 4 points. Damn damn damn.

7th week

Venom vs Mustangs

Game time maghrib, tapi nasib baik dapat kumpul 12 orang. As Syakir said, Mustangs is a new team, they played their C game, and we played our B game. Both team played not in their best performance. Main malam malam memang tak nampak apa, dah la lampu sikit je bukak cis. But, Alhamdulillah we managed to win, by 6 points only.

7th week

Venom vs Nirwana Shock

Personally, I think Shock is like our team, performance tak menentu, jumpa team kuat, kuat la fight, jumpa team biasa biasa, fight pun biasa biasa. From 1st to last seconds of 4th quarter, the score is tight, lebih lebih pun lead 1 point, 2 point lepas tu score seri balik, watdehel.

In 6 seconds before the final buzz, team Shock lead 2 point, Syakir manage to fast break lepas tu take 3 point attempt, and foul! Daripada 3 shoots, Syakir successfully score 2 points, so the score is draw. Within 1.2 seconds left, Piran gi reaching budak Shock and diorang dapat 2 shoots free sebab kon dah naik. Result, Shock won by only 1 point. Kesimpulannya, Piran punca ha ha damn.

8th week

Venom vs Banturaz

They're young and energetic, well, just for only 3 quarters of the game. In the 4th, they only scored 6 points and we scored 23 points. In the end, we won by 20 points.

9th week

Venom vs Slashers

Team with shooters and cutters, just like the Mustangs. We won by 3 points. Quote from Kumad - Kita ni, kalau jumpa team bangang, kita main pun main sama bangang. Kalau jumpa team power, kita main pun power. Performance tak menentu sangat. Kah kah

Venom against Jokers. Jokers is a new team, team budak- budak muda muka semua nak jambu putih putih ok aku jeles ha ha. We started the game with a very very nerveous feeling la, 1st quarter dah foul trouble, memang hampeh. Our point guard, Azril made 2 fouls in the first 2 minutes, while the other point guard, Syakir is on his way to the court from Bangi sebab ada program apa ntah kat UKM Bangi. We only got our unstoppable momentum in the 2nd quarter, which is suprisingly continuing till the final buzz. We conquered all the defensive and offensive rebounds, we dominate the floor and secured the W with 34 points margin difference.

2nd week

Venom vs J3 (B)

Ini game paling palat. Sungguh palat. I do not have the problems with the opponent team, but I do have a very big problem with the officials and the referees. We are unlucky, got beaten by 8 points.

3rd week

Venom vs Fenrir

Surprisingly, Fenrir came up with a new defensive play, they played man-to-man half court which is unexpected to us. Their two main players had improved most compare to the last season. And for their other players, even-though they did not have a good basic basketball skill, they did hustled well and gave us a very hard time. We were down by 14 points, pastu down kena tinggal, pastu kejar balik, pastu dapat banyak free throws, pastu banyak shoots free throw tak masuk, pastu start menggelabah balik, pastu mintak time out.

In the last 6 seconds, we were down by 2 points. Syakir made his last 3 points attempt and did scored ! It was unexpected and yeah, we got the W with only 1 point margin difference, 61-60. We were lucky that time, seriously lucky.

4th week

Venom vs Arions

The most teribble, hampeh, bangsat, **** game we ever played. We lost by 24 points. Padahal boleh lawan ni, we are better actually, tapi untuk game ni, haih...rasa nak pukul je diri sendiri.

5th week

Venom vs Malaya Titans

Ok, aku pow komen kat FB je sudah, malas nak taip.

Good:

1. Ball movement, ball rotation, ball swing swing tu diaaa.

2. Less turn- over.

3. Lesbian.

4. We dominate the defensive rebounds and half dominate the offensive rebounds.

5. Defense baguihh, dah reti nak pakai otak untuk hands up, dah tak lompat- lompat pastu foul, pastu menggelabah sebab kon naik, pastu lost, pastu kalah, pastu frust.

Bad :

1. Momentum kureng, tak stabil macam time 1st game against Jokers. 1st quarter seri, 2nd quarter menang, 3rd quarter menang, tapi kalah teruk masa 4th quarter.

2. Mental strength kureng. Masih kureng lagi dari segi hunger for winning, silly mistakes yang boleh jeopardize team pun still buat lagi, nampak je benda ni kecik, tapi benda kecik ni la kadang kadang boleh buat team menang atau kalah.

Int the end, we lost by 4 points, walaupun dah lead sampai 14 points. Sungguh bangsat kan kannn.

* Kesimpulannya, macam setan rasanya kalau kalah. Rasa nak tumbuk cermin & shave kepala biar botak.

Jadi basketball referee for KSSU (Inter- UniKL) 2011 kat MIAT untuk 3 hari berturut- turut. Jauh woo, naik motor ulang- alik dari Gombak ke Sepang ada la dalam 1 jam. Berjemur tengah panas sebab game non- stop dari pukul 830 pagi sampai 630 petang. Gilo apo. Dah macam Beyonce punya tangan ni ha kena sun burn. Muka nasib baik cover dengan baju macam pakai tudung Hana Tajima.

So far, seronok. Budak- budak semua mesra. Tahniah kepada yang telah menang, yang tak menang cuba lagi tahun depan.

Budak perempuan studio aku dulu time belajor kahwin Ahad ni, kat Kampung Sabun, Negeri Sembilan. Ye, ada kampung nama Kampung Sabun ye anak anak. First time dengar aku dah berguling gelak.
Sorang lagi kawan perempuan aku, pun kahwin Ahad ni, tapi kat Terengganu. Dan tidak ye anak anak, nama kampung beliau tiada kaitan dengan bahan pencuci.
Ada meeting NCBL kat bangunan MABA Isnin ni. Macam menarik sebab ada isu panas pasal rules and regulations baru.

So, kalau aku decide untuk pergi majlis kahwin kat Terengganu, maknanya aku akan ter-miss meeting NCBL, which mean kena hantar wakil pergi sana. Dan aku tahu, budak budak ni bukan boleh harap sangat pun kalau nak mintak tolong jadi wakil.

Tapi, kalau aku pergi majlis kahwin kat Kampung Sabun, aku akan tak ada masalah untuk pergi meeting NCBL. Tapi nak pergi sana macam tak menarik sebab kena plan dengan budak studio pergi ramai ramai. Dan plan rombongan Kak Kiah bersama budak budak studio yang majoritinya perempuan adalah tersangat sucks. Bersiap je pun dah 8 jam. Nak lempang kang pakai tudung, nanti orang kata tak Islamik lempang lempang ni.

Oh, lupa, 5th May mak suruh balik jaga nenek baru lepas keluar wad. Ni macam memberat ke arah balik Terengganu ni.

Panas dalam hidung, kepala pening, badan panas sejuk macam nak demam.
PC buat hal lagi, tak boleh nak masuk Windows, asyik restart. Rasa nak tempeleng CEO Windows.

Let's go !

Second match against The Barracudas at our home court, started late because of the arrival problem of the guest team. Barracudas with only 7 players started inconfident and did not push much against The Dragons since they are trying to avoid any stupid foul which will lead to foul out. In every quarter The Dragons lead the score by 15 to 20 points, which had put them in comfortable zone.

A few of The Barracudas players did not start due to sore eyes. The Barracudas played their hearts out and the pressured team led them to make unforced errors and technical fouls. It led them to play with only 2 players at the end of the match and having them to withdraw from the game after much thought. They really tried their best to fight strong as The Barracudas started without their strong imports.

The Dragons were dominating the game from the start to finish, as The Barracudas did not have their main players and head coach on board. The game ended at default as The Barracudas had fewer than 2 players and ended at 87-48 with 7:55 remaining in the final quarter. 5 of The Barracudas players were fouled out during the game.

The home game opening ceremony

The new season of ABL (Asean Basketball League) is now on ! Westport KL Dragons (formerly known as KL Dragons) got their first match against Chang Thailand Slammers on 2nd October at Nimibutr National Stadium, Thailand with the result 74- 79 (OT). What a heart pain lost.

Their second game was held at MABA Stadium on 10th October 2010. Play against visitors team, at your own home court, make me question - How come you did lost ? Its really frustrated for those who came all over the states to watch their favourite team. Although what lost is lost, still, i made some observation, and from my points of view, here are the reasons why the 'so called themselves champion on the way' team lost.

Malaysian captain, Li Wei was fouled out in the early 1st half. The 4th foul and 5th foul happened within 1 minute. Ha ha what the hell is wrong with you. Its stupid foul and yet you still make it.
Those Irish players are noobs. Both foul out. I was informed that one of them, Killeen is the Irish basketball captain. Still, so what ? I never heard an Irish play basketball before. Seriously, Kuete (KL Dragons last season player) who now play for Chang Thailand Slammers is much much more better than those two. He leads all the score this season by 32.0 points per game !
Westports KL Dragons hustle in their defense at the last quarter, for me its too late. They should make it at the early or middle of 3rd quarter, as we were down by 10+ points.
For the MC, please do not shout - Rudy with 3 pointers ! Guga for the shoot ! while those players are jumping to take the shoot. You shocked them, and disturb their focus la hoi. How come they gonna score if you shout through those speakers all over the stadium.
Satria Muda Britama imports are too good, especially Morisson. His 5 dunks and 3 point shoots made us speechless.
Last but not least, I demand sexy women as the cheerleaders, not the under-aged girls ! Ha ha damn.

Actually my friend, there are a ton of reasons of why i'm writing this letter to you. And I bet you can't even imagine one of them. Frankly, I am about to kick you off from my life. Not entirely, but some some laa.

You see friend, honestly I don't hate you that much. You were always be a good accompany to me for these past years. I learn a lot from you. But I have to leave you now. Everything that we share will always be in my heart and mind.

Venom vs Titans

Titans, my former team, we meet again. Ha ha. Titans is a strong team, they managed to get to the top 4 team in the group ranking. The match actually is tight, sometimes they lead, sometimes we lead, tukar tukar. However, we lost our momentum in 4th quarter (macam biasa) as most of our passes have been denied and turned out to be the turn overs. They 'fast- breaked' us and nicely finished the move. Last result, we lost by 9 points. Its a good game actually, as we only got 8 players and 4 of them actually are still tired and lemau, because of the UiTM Invitational Basketball Tournament they had a day before the match, also with the UCBL game.

8th week

Venom vs Prinze

This is our last game for the NCBL season. We got no worries as we all pasrah and try to enjoy our last game with happiness and joyful thought. Ha ha. With only 7 players, the team look tenang setenang air di kuala, takde langsung muka moody sedih sedih tensen stress datang lambat. For every quarter, Prinze team had never had a chance to lead us, as their most close score gap is only 2 points. Result, we won by 19 points. Congratulations to all, this is the most harmoniousness game we ever had. Everybody happy, I also happy laa. Ha ha.

* Ibu jari aku terkena bola, terus bengkak, timbul lebam hitam dan disyaki retak. Priceless.

1st Game

Venom vs East Coast

Our first match is against the team of Kelantanese. They are strong, had more team chemistry, and more energetic as they can play full court man to man press for 3 quarters (yang ni ye kot, aku tak sedar.). For the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter, score tidak banyak berbeza. Kejap kami lead, kejap diorang lead, so kira win win situation kot (score sheet ada ngan orang lain, so aku pakai ingat je la ni). Start 4th quarter, they all tried to play hustle man to man full court press, kami terpaku dan terpesona as their stamina amatlah power dan sekor sekor laju nak mampus. Last result, we won by 6 points. They are strong team, kalau semua last last shoot diorang masuk, kami mungkin akan kalah. Thank you guys for the training we had before the game, it really help us in this game.

2nd Game

Venom vs Wedges

Wedges, a team combination of team ARMY (NCBL 2009 div. 2 first runner up) and Phantoms A (NCBL 2009 div. 1 second runner up), what do you expect ? Ini team gila ni, shooters ada, big guys ada, point guards power pun ada. Kami kena lead dari 1st sampai 3rd quarter. Our man to man play did not work at all, except it made them loose their stamina (yeahh), so we change to 2-3 zone defence and surprisely it worked.

In 5 or 6 minutes of 4th quarter, they lead us by 24 points, but thanks to Raimi, he managed to steal the ball more than 5 times, made them turn over and kejar gila babi point dengan shoot luar D. He alone scored 7 times 3 point (7x3 = 21 points = gila ini orang). Kami berjaya hold team Wedges punya score agak lama. End of 4th quarter, the scores are 70 - 70, which lead us to O.T.

In O.T, team Wedges nampak agak kepenatan dan kami gunakan peluang ini untuk menjauhkan jarak score dengan sedaya upaya. Last result, we won by 79 - 76. From 24 points down to 3 points winning, this is the best game Venom ever had ! Thank you guys, i love our team spirit !

3rd Game

Venom vs O-Tyez

First of all, in the middle of 1st quarter we were down by 10 points. We played improper and lazy basketball as O-Tyez is an old school team, we were too over confident (baca: too & over). We let them score easily under basket and outside the D. The score actually is tight from first until the end of the game. Result, we won by 2 points. Damn son, 2 points je. This is the worst game we ever had, but the after game post- mortem is the best post mortem we ever had jugak. So, conclusion, never underestimate your opponent. Never.

5th week

Venom vs The Rudders

The game is in the morning, around 9 am I guest. So, we were bit unprepared actually. For the 1st quarter we only got 7 or 8 players. The 9th player came at the end of 2nd quarter. For the 1st half, our game play is a bit loose, as we are too confident and underestimate our opponents. This caused us down by 5 or 3 points (i don't remember).

However, in 3rd quarter, we started to get our tempo back, until the end of the game. Result, we won by 3 points. Only 3 points. We can do better in this game. Really. Final words guys , don't be too confident & main betul betul lahh, jangan duk pandang rendah team lawan, karang kalah mahu tak frust sekor sekor.

6th week

Venom vs D'Flipse

We got 6 players only, from the start until the end. Really guys, we need to work out on our stamina. We fight from 1st to 3rd quarter, but lost it in 4th. Tired is the main factor, really. Result, we lost by 8 points. Celaka, 4 bola je. Arghhhhh.

1st week

Venom vs Hurricanes

We fall apart. There are 2 sides in this team, the Kuantan side & the Gombak side. Its a pain to see how we do not understand each other. The Kuantan side, consist of 4 players actually were trained to be a shooting team, and we, on the other side, are actually prefer to attack under basket using the big guys and we like to play fast game, while they like to play delay offensive game. And this, lead to our lose to the strongwind boys from Keramat, with 19p margin. So, whats the solution ? Its TRAINING you guys.

2nd week

Venom vs Fenrir

We play improper basketball at the 1st and 2nd quarter. Thanks to Bukhari of team Cocoro, we can straighten our head in this game, focusing and stop blaming each other. He acted as our coach and made wise decisions. There's no solution if you keep pointing your own teammates mistakes. We won by 6p. Only 6p. And frankly, I do not feel satisfied at all. We can do better in this game.

3rd week

Venom vs Wemotor.com

Wemotor.com is actually the mobile company who sponsored a few players to play in this league. Very very very experience players, which for me is a combination of really really good shooters, good ballhandlers, and good post players. How can you stop 5-6 big guys who can play post and shoot 3p as well ? Ha ha. However, as we were down by 15 points in the 1st and 2nd quarter, we do not give up at all, we fight and fight until we got 5p differ from them. Only 5p at the middle of 3rd quarter, until we lose 22p in the end of the game. We manage to make less fumble, less turn- over, and less 'caru'ness from the previous games is actually a good improvement. And what's again you guys ? Its TRAINING.

4th week

Venom vs Swoosh II

We were predicted to lose this game, as all of the outsiders do not know us at all. Its okay. We do not care at all. Swoosh II is a good team, they manage to beat team Arions by 20p margin in the previous KLNC tournament. 1st and 2nd quarter were terrible, we are lost and blame each other (again). But in the 3rd and 4th quarter, we automatically stop all these nonsenses and start focusing on the game, thanks to Bukhari again. Sincerely, our big guy, Izzat is the turning point player. He, who did not perform at all in the previous 3 games, started to go wild and aggressive under basket, offensive and defensive. He also shoot out from the D line as well. A center, shoot 3p and score, how do you expect that ? It made us more and more hype. We fight and fight until 1p differ in the last 1 minute of the 4th quarter. Then team Swoosh II got 2 shoots of free throw which lead them 3p from us. With 30 seconds left, they play man to man full court press to stop our offensive. The last opportunity to shoot 3 is when the time is only 6 seconds left from the end, but we did not make it. Final score Venom 34 Swoosh II 37. Its a dramatic game you guys. We are not lucky this time. But honestly, this is the best game of all. We do not give up at all, and we fight and fight until the end. We do not have the smooth and 'pure' chemistry yet, otherwise we can be a very good team.

So, whats the solution again ? Its TRAINING you guys.

Damn you Paklam. Tersembur air aku tengok gambor ni.

Aku kenal brader ni masa kat matric. Macam mana kenal aku tak boleh cerita, sebab suasana ketika kejadian tersebut amatlah tidak senonoh. Ha ha. Its men talk ok. Dari tahun 2002 sampai sekarang, dah 8 tahun kenal. Hmm lama tu.

Orang kuat geng Rohok Molek, dan paling cemerlang dari segi akademik antara kami. Baru sahaja menghabiskan pengajian master dan sekarang tengah buat proposal untuk PhD research proposal, dan berkemungkinan akan disambung kat UIAM jugak rasanya.

Dan minggu lepas, baru sahaja mendirikan rumah tangga dengan gadis pilihan. Aku tak dapat hadir, sebab terlalu sibuk dengan presentation dan correction. Sungguh celaka rasanya. Lebih celaka dari basuh baju pakai kaki time patah tangan dulu dulu. Sorry Paklam, next time kalau dapat anak, aku ziarah k.
